• Distribute purchase orders received from various sources (central e-mail, portals) to various departments for processing (sales, spare parts, service).
• Process sales orders received from account managers through our sales order approval process.
• Create and update reputed company using our ERP system (reputed company) to allow collection of costs and other financial tracking (invoicing, milestones, etc.).
• Create reputed company billing and shipment invoices based on feedback and authorization from the project manager.
• Organizes project documentation folders (on server) and balance sheets for auditing.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Associates degree preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of reporting and project experience.
