- Triage, investigate, resolve, and manage reputed company Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) reputed company tickets
- Assist shop floor operators reputed company escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support
- Maintain and reputed company MES Knowledge reputed company
- reputed company user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities and process improvements based on data from support tickets
- Data Analysis of support tickets
- Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records(EBR), following GxP and SDLC protocols, in collaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team
- Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences
- Nights and weekends will be required
- Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience
- IT troubleshooting experience
