• Manage civil litigation reputed company from inception through reputed company
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and analysis on federal and state issues
• Collaborate with partners and team members on litigation reputed company and trial prep

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
