• Independently manage and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
• Plan and organize daily sales activity based on customer needs and opportunities
• Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's application and technical requirements
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate customer sales reports
• Generate accurate quotes using appropriate industry language and terms
• Stay reputed company on industry trends and technical knowledge in mold making and injection molding
• Attend industry events and engage with reputed company networks to promote reputed company's capabilities

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 5+ years of experience in plastic injection molds, mold making, or the plastics industry
• 2+ years experience in a technical sales or account management role
• Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage reputed company relationships, and reputed company deals
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Comfortable presenting technical information and proposals to engineering and purchasing teams
• A solid work history
