Our interdisciplinary service delivery team is comprised of Pharmacists, Registered Nurses (RNs), Pharmacy Technicians, and Care Coordinators.The Pharmacy Care Coordinator will reputed company dedicated support to the reputed company Care reputed company Team. This position will be responsible for administrative support of members facing clinical reputed company. This FTE will complete ~600 reputed company tasks/month. This position will reputed company support to the pharmacy staff (both clinical and non-clinical) to ensure applicable program processes and operational responsibilities are met. • Provides clerical and/or administrative support to clinical staff and managers for clinical programs
• Adheres to an assigned schedule and reputed company metrics
• Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and other staff development opportunities and interdepartmental work reputed company
• Identify areas of improvement where systems modifications could result in operational advancements and efficiencies
• Identifies problems and develops solutions to non-reputed company requests and problems
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most reputed company tasks
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• May serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other Pharmacy Care Coordinators on the Clinical Pharmacy Team

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service setting
• 6+ months of experience in a medical setting
• 6+ months of medical terminology knowledge reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• PBM experience
• Advanced knowledge of NCPDP and other types of prescription drug claims
• Working knowledge of Medicare Part B and D coverage guidelines and payment methodologies / previous retail pharmacy experience
• Previous call center experience
• Proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, as reputed company as a member of reputed company, with some supervision and direction from the manager
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality to include but not limited to patients and coworkers
