- 4+ years of experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary design teams, ideally in high-reputed company or startup environments.
- Deep experience owning the design reputed company for full products-from 0 to 1 and through reputed company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design systems, UX/UI execution, and measurable reputed company on business reputed company.
