Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in reputed company application implementation, configuration, go-live support, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team coordination, delegation, performance management, and mentoring. Must have at least two years of experience directly supervising staff, providing coaching and performance feedback, and overseeing team development in a reputed company IT or reputed company setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective technical documentation abilities.
• Excellent reputed company communication skills, both written and verbal.
