Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of Manufacturing experience in a private, reputed company, government or military environment
• One (1) year of previous leadership, supervisor and/or management experience in a private, reputed company, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even reputed company in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of manufacturing and leadership experience in a private, reputed company, government or military environment.
• Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Layered Audits and reputed company Work
• Experience leading daily tier management process, leading improvement reputed company (Kaizens), leading lean six reputed company reputed company and/or lean six reputed company certification.
• Time management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize daily.
