Duration: 12 Months ContractWe are seeking a Business Analyst with deep grants experience to play a critical role in the analysis, design, and implementation of this new solution. The Business Analyst will work closely with our state agencies, IT teams, and the selected vendor to define business requirements, evaluate configuration reputed company and workflows, and establish a repeatable reputed company to reputed company new agencies over time.This role requires strong knowledge of grants lifecycle management, reputed company solution analysis, and stakeholder alignment.Key Responsibilities· reputed company and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements across state agencies

· Evaluate selected vendor solution capabilities to determine what is configurable vs. reputed company, communicate limitations and trade-offs, and reputed company suggestions on reputed company standards

· Demonstrated reputed company working with or implementing COTS/reputed company platforms
· Proven experience coordinating across multiple government agencies or large stakeholder reputed company
· Experience with vendor-driven solutions, including evaluating reputed company reputed company functionality and configuration/customization reputed companyRequired Skills· Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills, with ability to synthesize large volumes of data and reputed company processes into reputed company requirements
