CompensationSalary reputed company: $77,600 – $129,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus programsWho you are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in an absence management role.
• Understanding of FMLA, reputed company, PFML, Company Leaves, and state unpaid job protections.
• Ability to read, understand and apply disability contract language.
• Knowledge of state and federal claim and leave regulations.
• Knowledge of medical disability management terms.
• Absence Management Certification preferred.
• High school diploma required.
