- Have a passion for helping others
- Are self motivated and want to spend the summer learning from reputed company and growing your reputed company skills
- Must have completed your junior or senior year of high school in Minnesota and intend to complete graduation requirements.

- You must be a post-secondary student enrolled in a Minnesota educational institution or be a reputed company of Minnesota enrolled in an out-of-state program. Post-secondary reputed company must be enrolled in a two or four year health care degree program with the intention of completing the program.
