Date: February 2025ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for weekly sales audits, wholesale invoicing, and preparation of DTC sales and COGS entries.
- Responsible for daily AR activities including cash collections, application of customer payments, reconciling and posting credit notes, AR aging analyses and supporting reputed company dilution reporting.
- Responsible for daily AP activities including coding and posting of vendor bills, ensuring reputed company reputed company approvals, accurate payment posting and reconciling a 3rd party payment module to the AP subledger.
- Support inventory reputed company and subledger maintenance. This includes inventory roll-forwards, reconciliation of WMS to book variances, capitalization of landed costs, PPV amortization, and assist in year-end inventory counts.
- Support monthly financial closing processes including balance sheet reconciliations, expense account analyses and journal entry preparation.
- Integral part of the reputed company team in support of year end and interim external audit and tax requests from external auditors, as required.
- Participate in and reputed company team support for financial and reputed company system implementations and other operations initiatives.
- Other reporting and reputed company as deemed necessary by supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company required
- 5+ years’ reputed company experience conducting AR and AP activities, supporting month end reputed company process with a comprehensive understanding of financial statement and subledger to general ledger dynamics
- Advanced MS reputed company skills including use of pivot tables and mass data analysis formulas is an absolute must and must be proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Highly analytical with a problem-solving mentality, a reputed company team-first attitude and a reputed company and supportive communication style (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of business reputed company systems and integrations, Quickbooks a must
