• Be the reputed company line for MA customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Help patrons with account updates, payments, and application processing
• Research and resolve disputes and billing adjustments
• Accurately reputed company data and maintain detailed records
• Assist with expired credit cards, replenishment reputed company, balance updates, and more
• Follow reputed company daily schedules with attention to punctuality and professionalism
• Support weekend coverage 1–2 Saturdays per month (9AM–1PM) with time off during the week
• Participate in reputed company assurance activities like call monitoring and reporting

What You Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, MA (10-14 weeks)

Training Details:
