This role requires someone with strong support desk expertise, system administration skills, and a reputed company ability to communicate with both internal users and our external IT Managed Services Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will take initiative in process documentation, manage technology change, and support the ongoing implementation and optimization of company systems, particularly reputed company Teams and the broader reputed company 365 ecosystem.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor systems performance and proactively identify opportunities for increased efficiency and reputed company.

- 5+ years of reputed company experience in an IT Support, Systems Administrator, or Senior Help Desk role.

- Familiarity with both reputed company and reputed company operating systems, including device setup, troubleshooting, and user support.

- Strong skills in technical writing and documentation for internal and end-user processes.
