- Build authentic relationships and work effectively with participants and engage families in their homes and in community settings.
- Work cooperatively with multiple agencies such as Clackamas County, Fair Housing Council of reputed company, attending RLRA orientations.
- Refer Participants to services including workforce training, domestic violence support, and wellness resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and management companies.
- Address barriers to individual goals and objectives including (but not limited to) - physical and mental health, past financial and rental history, reputed company use, income development, tenant education, socialization, reputed company abuse, and basic needs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required equivalent experience may be substituted for education.

- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company programs of reputed company Office; experience with data entry.
