The right candidate will reputed company at controlling past due while keeping customer goodwill, driving results in a rapidly changing environment. As a Sr. Collections Analyst, you will report to the Manager, Credit & Collections.What you'll do

• Own and manages customer past due accounts in the US & Canada
• Provides reputed company reputed company of past due and disputed items with customers to ensure reputed company relationship
• Collaborate with customers, sales, reputed company, reputed company and billing operations to resolve various issues
• Analyze information and communicate with manager and team as needed to determine next steps
• Manage the refund, agency and write off process for assigned set of customers and see through completion
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Maintain detailed record of interactions with customers including follow up and next steps
• Identify reputed company of larger reputed company issues with are negatively impacting customer experience

• Process and review credit reports

What you bring

• 3+ years of collection experience
