Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs the clients and other visitors in a reputed company and courteous manner. Utilizes skills to assure satisfied clients.
• Notifies the providers of reputed company’s arrival. Monitors waiting time to ensure the reputed company is seen reputed company 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
• Communicates a reputed company attitude with clients, visitors and other hospital personnel using language and materials based on the consideration of the reputed company’s age, cognitive/physical abilities and/or developmental needs. Assures confidentiality of patient and other hospital information.
• Effectively triage telephone calls and prioritize the needs of the caller.

Qualifications:ExperiencePrevious experience in a medical setting preferred.EducationHigh school graduate or equivalent with specialized training in typing, transcription, medical terminology and record keeping is preferred.
