• Monitor incoming tickets and manage tickets across reputed company
• Assist reputed company Office & Traders for technology issues
• Troubleshoot Virtual Platform environment Win10 and Win11 OS
• Quickly escalate issues to other support teams if necessary

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 2+ years of reputed company experience.
• Required Desktop Support Experience 5+ years or minimum 3+ years with Trading or reputed company Office
• Advanced knowledge in infrastructure reputed company, operations systems, and data analytics
• Proficiency in: reputed company Office, VPN, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivity products, Exchange and reputed company Directory
• Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients
