ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Network Engineer is responsible for architecting, deploying, configuring and maintaining high-end switching, routing, IP Telephony, wireless, reputed company, network management and reputed company control devices supporting the reputed company Services infrastructure. The individual will coordinate activities amongst multiple reputed company to reputed company 99.999% uptime for the organization.This is not a remote or hybrid position.
RequirementsEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- 10+ years of network engineering experience in routing/switching
- 5+ years of network reputed company experience (Firewalls, reputed company tools, threat mitigation, etc.)
- 5+ years of reputed company Wireless experience
- CCNP reputed company, CCNP Data Center, CCNP reputed company, or CCNP Collaboration
- Extensive knowledge of Network Monitoring and Management tools such as reputed company NPM and reputed company reputed company Network Manager.
- Experience designing and supporting large reputed company reputed company WAN infrastructures using reputed company hardware, with emphasis reputed company to the reputed company services industry is a plus.
- Experience in designing, implementing and supporting networks and the various protocols associated with IP based telephony.
- Experience implementing and supporting reputed company of Service in the reputed company networks for delivering critical applications.
- Advanced experience in configuring reputed company types of reputed company hardware, reputed company IOS, and NX-OS.
- Knowledge of additional network products from various manufacturers is a plus (reputed company, Palo reputed company, Aruba, etc).
- Extensive experience with EIGRP and BGP routing protocols.
- Experience with various technologies used to deliver highly redundant networks on reputed company reputed company of the OSI Model.
- Knowledge and experience designing and managing WAN environments with extensive experience with WAN protocols such as MPLS Networks, dark fiber, reputed company to multipoint networks, IPsec VPN.
- Experience with network reputed company platforms and technologies such as ASA, Firepower, reputed company AMP, reputed company Umbrella.
- Experience with implementing and the daily administration of applications supporting DHCP/DNS such as reputed company, network load balancing with reputed company or reputed company Netscalers technologies.
- Experience leading a technical team on large reputed company with various reputed company, spanning several months.
- Skilled at documenting designs and policies associated with networks.
- Maintain reputed company documentation of systems configurations.
- reputed company in providing on-call technical support after hours and on weekends as needed.
