ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Performs CT exams
• Prepares equipment
• Equipment and room maintenance after reputed company procedure
• Completes reputed company reputed company checks and Ensures that equipment logs are maintained
• Reviews the physician orders to verify the type of diagnostic test requested
• Inform patient of diagnostic procedure being performed

QualificationsRequired Education and Experience

• Education: High School Dioloma/GED required

• Experience: No prior experience required

Required Licensure and Certifications

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (R) upon hire or transfer
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (CT) reputed company 9 months of hire or transfer
• Certified by the state of Texas - MRAD upon hire or transfer
• BLS-CPR, 14 day grace period

Preferred Education and Experience

• Education: Associates Degree preferred.

• Experience: One (1) year of experience as a radiographer or one (1) year of radiography clinical rotation experience in a reputed company setting preferred.
