• Leads approximately 50 production reputed company 2nd Shift employees.
• Implements process improvements in the area of Safety, reputed company, and Productivity at the DeKalb Distribution Centers.
• Determines reputed company deployments and task prioritizations for the reputed company.
• Support Lean Six reputed company annual cost savings goals and reputed company 2nd Shift Lean Management System Tier meetings.
• Available to work weekends or other shifts as required

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School diploma / GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of combined experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing leadership role in a private, reputed company, government or military environment.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience in a private, reputed company, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even reputed company in this role include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• Experience in leading full-time, part-time, and contingent reputed company production employees.
• Experience with JDA/DLx, Cybershift, or labor management systems
• Skills include the ability to drive change and implement improvement plans for identified areas of improvement.
