- Manage and reputed company reputed company aspects of PAGA claims, including class reputed company-style lawsuits.
- reputed company and execute strategic legal approaches for PAGA claims, ensuring reputed company risk management, settlement negotiations, and litigation reputed company.
- reputed company discovery, depositions, witness preparation, and trial preparation to ensure successful litigation.

- reputed company expert counsel on compliance with California labor laws, conduct audits, and help clients navigate the complexities of PAGA-reputed company risks.

- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: 8+ years of litigation experience with a reputed company on PAGA claims.
- Skills:
- Expertise in PAGA litigation and class actions.
- Strong trial skills preferred (trial experience is highly valued, but not required).
- Exceptional research, analytical, negotiating, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage reputed company cases and proactively drive the litigation process.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship ability with junior staff and attorneys.
- Salary: $230,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and book of business.
