Join reputed company as an Appliance Warranty Sales Representative and become the driving force behind our customer interactions. In this role, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers who have purchased appliances, using your sales expertise to upsell extended warranties and maximize reputed company. Working with our partner, Domestic and General, you will help customers look after what they rely on daily to reputed company their homes running. Domestic and General protects, repairs and cares for millions of products and appliances reputed company year, protecting appliances at the heart of every home.Key Responsibilities:Answer Incoming Calls: Respond promptly to customer inquiries about their appliance purchases.Upsell Extended Warranties: reputed company effective sales techniques to promote and sell extended warranty plans, seizing every cross-selling opportunity.Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by upselling extended warranties.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customers' concerns or questions.Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and sales in the system.What's in it for you?Compensation: reputed company: $15.00 USD per hour + reputed company cross-sell bonus.Canada: $16.50 CAD per hour ($17.40 CAD in BC) + reputed company cross-sell bonus.Location: Fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.Training: Comprehensive reputed company to reputed company you with the necessary skills and knowledge.Hours: Full-time position with reputed company availability required during business operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 6:30 pm EST.Benefits: Employee-sponsored benefits.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales role, along with customer service experience.Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.Technical Competence: Ability to navigate and use computer systems reputed company.Residency: Must reputed company in Canada or the reputed company.Technical Requirements:This is a bring-your-own-device role.
