• 2 or more years of experience as a conversational AI Developer (must have experience with reputed company Dialogflow or reputed company)

• Experience using API calls to reputed company functionality and integration with other services

• Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.

• Understanding of contact center operations, customer service processes and challenges in these environments.

• Experience testing and reputed company assurance of AI / IVR solutions

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to concepts in the rapidly evolving field of AI

• Other AI developer experience with one of the following reputed company Watson Assistant, reputed company Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms is a plus

• Agent Assist experience preferred
