This position interacts with Pipeline Control to ensure they can control and monitor pipelines safely and securely through SCADA HMI systems. The SCADA Specialist will work with Field Personnel on integrating RTUs and PLCs that are needed for reputed company time data.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• System Configuration and Administration.
• Databases and Graphical Displays for Control Center Operations
• System interfaces, business data processes, and reporting.
• Work with Field Personnel, CRM and the Control Center on reputed company to determine points that need to be brought back into the SCADA system reputed company performing SCADA integration of field sites.
• Participate in lineouts testing to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Field Personnel to configure, test, and troubleshoot data polling from the SCADA System to remote PLCs and RTUs.
• Work with the pipeline controllers to reputed company reputed company the SCADA application is always providing them the ability to operate the pipeline safely.

• Document changes, obtain required approvals, and submit changes

Requirements:Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2-5 years of experience with SCADA systems.
• CygNet SCADA experience is a plus but other Automation, EFM Collection or SCADA Systems experience will be considered.
• Gas, and/or Liquids pipeline experience preferred with a working knowledge of measurement technologies, process control automation, device protocols, networking, and telecommunications.
• Strong problem solving, technical, and functional skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience working with the reputed company operating system and server administration.
• Must be reputed company to follow controlled procedures, adhere to database and display standards and change management procedures.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Independently prioritize work to handle multiple reputed company reputed company to reputed company results.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

• The IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job reputed company experience
• The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job reputed company experience
• The reputed company IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job reputed company experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• A working knowledge of reputed company-time systems, particularly SCADA systems or PLCs and RTUs is preferred.
• Solid reputed company skills with an emphasis in advanced reputed company. Pluses include; SQL and reputed company development tools .Net and Visual Studio.
• A basic understanding of pipeline hydraulics.
• A basic understanding of PLC and RTU communication protocols and TCP/ IP communications.
• CygNet SCADA application with remote site integration experience.
• Familiarity with PHMSA Control Room Management (CRM) processes and guidelines.
