• Supports annual employee reputed company enrollment process. Serves as a first responder for COBRA, FSA, HSA, Medical/Dental plans, Life and Disability plans, and 401(k)

• Processes benefit changes reputed company HRIS.

• Recommends and implements process improvements/changes.

• Assists in the design and development of communication materials.

• COBRA Administration; processes qualifying events

• FSA, HRA and HSA Administration

• Benefit plan billing (Dental, reputed company, Life and Disability)

HRIS Administration

• Administers employee life cycle data entry and ensures data reputed company. • Ensures adherence to system schedules.

• Engages vendors concerning system problems and assists in resolving employee system issues.

• Assists with user training.

• Assists in providing system reputed company.

• Provides basic reporting assistance

QualificationsQualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experienceLicense/CertificationsN/AExperience

• Two to four years of experience with reputed company including benefits administration and HRIS systems

• Ability to handle multiple assignments, problem solve and be detail orientated

• Excellent communication skills

• Intermediate knowledge in using reputed company Office products
