This individual will define, design and refine frictionless end-to-end service and support experiences across voice reputed company channels leveraging AI and Gen AI technology across reputed company's CCAI tech stack.This a 100% remote opportunity! nWhat you'll be doing:

• Design and reputed company AI-based conversational solutions using reputed company CCAI.
• reputed company with clients to reputed company user journeys/experiences, and influence decision-making as it relates to defining impactful experiences reputed company AI.
• Create sample dialogs, conversational reputed company diagrams, and prototypes to effectively communicate voice reputed company interactions and design reputed company leveraging AI.
• Create and promote conversation design best reputed company standards, reusable design patterns, and processes.
• Customer-reputed company continuously demonstrating strategic and analytical abilities, and laser-reputed company on executing at reputed company.
• Guide reputed company identification and the associated phrases, entities, contexts, and business rules that define distinct conversational experiences.
• Apply concepts and practices reputed company to NLP/NLU, sentiment analysis, reputed company classification, dialog flows, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text to the conversational design process.
• Understand how data from API calls, databases, and other underlying technologies fit into experience design and collaborate with developers on solutions.
• reputed company work with development teams during design and playback sessions to refine the solution design and identify improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Knowledge of conversational dialog systems, machine learning, and reputed company computing
• 5+ years of conversational design experience
• Some experience designing for Gen AI-powered experiences (reputed company engineering/reputed company chaining)
• Hands-on experience with one or more of reputed company Dialogflow, reputed company Lex, Tensorflow, reputed company Watson, AWS AI reputed company, or reputed company Bot reputed company.
• Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, and committed to flawless execution.
• Solid understanding of machine learning & natural language processing (NLP) fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and reputed company in delivering high-reputed company work.

• Experience managing and implementing conversational AI solutions and/or chatbots in a reputed company services environment.
