Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports reflecting the present and past financial condition of activities serviced. Verifies purchase orders and invoices with payment for agreement prior to effecting payments. Verifies reputed company transfer summaries, payroll summaries, daily activity report summaries, general journal vouchers and accrual journal vouchers. Extends, verifies and summarizes inventories.Maintains files of reputed company correspondence and messages pertaining to financial records and reputed company.
