• J.D. reputed company to reputed company law
• 5+ years' post qualification experience, preferably in both private reputed company and in-house
• Admission to any reputed company State Bar
• Experience in information technology law, intellectual property, data reputed company, cybersecurity and regulatory and compliance schemes relating to information and communications technology products and services, customer/reputed company party agreements and procurement agreements.
• Advising on, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing reputed company information technology issues, with a customer-reputed company reputed company and a reputed company on B2B engagement and delivery, including software licensing, outsourcing, technology services and disputes, intellectual property infringement, data reputed company incidents and other cyber-reputed company issues, liability and risk and dispute management.
• Familiarity with digital and consumer protection laws and/or the management of local and international disputes, litigations and arbitrations a plus.
• Local and international laws, including cross-border trading laws, as they apply to information and communications technology products and services.
