• PREPARES and HANDLES pleadings, motions, and discovery, to including depositions/examinations before trial.
• PROSECUTES by trial, arbitration, or mediation reputed company reputed company assigned, as applicable.
• RESEARCHES laws and PREPARES legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
• RENDERS opinions on liability, damages, legal reputed company, etc.
