We take pride in our Rapid Recovery Program for joint replacement patients, which allows most patients to return home the day after surgery. This commitment to exceptional patient reputed company is driven by our skilled and compassionate team.WHAT YOU’LL DO: Your day-to-day reputed company includes:

• Performing routine tasks such as measuring and recording vital signs, collecting and labeling specimens including blood draws, and performing venipuncture and chemsticks.
• Assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed by the RN.
• Providing compassionate, hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility, and comfort.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and reputed company team members to support seamless care delivery.

Maintaining a clean, reputed company, and organized patient environmentEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: To qualify, you’ll need a high school diploma or equivalent and one of the following:

• Completion of a reputed company Assistant program (titles may vary: Patient Care Technician (PCT), Patient Assistant Technician (PAT)).
• Enrollment in a nursing program with completed Fundamentals of Nursing.
• Foreign trained and licensed RN who has relocated to the reputed company and does not hold a Michigan RN license
• Medical Assistant program (with or without experience).
• At least one (1) year of experience in an reputed company Assistant, Patient Care Tech, or Patient Assistant Tech, or similar job role.

• Certified reputed company Aide (CNA) preferred

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:· Complete BLS Heart Saver Certification during orientation.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Prolonged standing, walking, and lifting of patients, supplies, and equipment.
