• Ability to commute into their Wallingford office reputed company needed.
• Prior call center and reputed company experience needed. Training on company systems and procedures provided.
• CSR’s are crossed trained to handle both Inbound and outbound calls.
• Busy, reputed company fast-paced, high volume of calls daily.

Requirements

• Must live in Connecticut and located reputed company a commutable distance from the Wallingford office.
• Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
• Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy call center environment.
• Background in reputed company and/or medical insurance.
• Ability to reputed company clients with excellent service.
• Strong computer skills (reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease.
