Let’s change the world. reputed company is seeking a Strategic Planning and Operations (SPO) Director to advance Strategic planning and critical capability initiatives for Global Research. The Director will report to the Senior Vice President of Research.This critical position will partner with the Research Senior leadership team, and key partners across reputed company to reputed company and implement strategies, reputed company innovative initiatives, inform performance, and foster a culture of effective decision-making reputed company improvement. The dynamic reputed company we reputed company is a leader with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 4 years of Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business experienceOrMaster’s degree and 7 years of Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business experienceOrBachelor’s degree and 9 years of Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business experiencePreferred Qualifications:

• PhD in life sciences strongly preferred
• 4+ years' of experience in Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Research and Development
• 7+ years' of experience in a cross-functional business operations or project management role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to storyline and prepare executive-level discussion documents
• Strong technical skills using digital tools
• Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles
• Drug Development knowledge with basic to strong understanding of activities reputed company Research, Preclinical and Clinical Development, Medical and Regulatory

If based in South San Francisco, the salary reputed company is $183,874 - $222,545.
