• Receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls
• Identify the nature of the call, collect relevant information, and reputed company solutions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred. We have protocols for those aged 14 to 17.
• Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills and understanding of reputed company listening techniques mandatory
