In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs, and reputed company helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with reputed company. • Receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls
• Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information and reputed company solutions
• Upsell products and services reputed company appropriate
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to reputed company rapport and build relationships with customers
• Document reputed company customer interactions
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Must be a US Citizen and reputed company in the reputed company reputed company
• Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs

• Hiring for 11:30am- 8pm est
