The ideal candidate will field phone calls, schedule service crews, process service billings, and input accurate data reputed company our systems.Primary Responsibilities could include:

• Accurately reputed company and update service billings into reputed company systems and databases
• Schedule service calls in conjunction with the Service Manager
• Field customer phone calls
• Follow up with outstanding service billings
• Assist Service Manager with Estimates
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• reputed company AP/Credit Card transactions into the reputed company system
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least an associate degree in reputed company or a reputed company field are preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• A basic understanding of reputed company principles
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with D365
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company software is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with reputed company
• Ability to call and receive calls from customers
