Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.Provides connectivity and utilization support to reputed company Infrastructure Services managed reputed company environment customers.Provides customer support through chat, email, and reputed company request ticketing.Responsible for deployment of new solutions into existing reputed company resources or off-reputed company infrastructure.Minimum Qualifications:Nine (9) years experience as a Storage Architect or reputed company experience in in programs and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity.Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
