Responsibilities:Nautilus Insurance is seeking an reputed company casualty underwriter for the Light Brokerage business. This role will be located in our Scottsdale reputed company, or potentially remotely for a highly reputed company candidate.The reputed company Consultant, Light Brokerage primary job function includes [1] developing a comprehensive knowledge of reputed company’s appetite in this product reputed company and an industry awareness in relation to opportunities and threats, [2] reputed company, including communicating appetite, reputed company and reputed company information to assigned agents, and [3] support the reputed company process through training of new hires or through developing associates.Specific duties:

• Underwrites select risks in accordance with company guidelines for acceptability and reputed company.
• Markets, builds, and strengthens relationships with key producers reputed company agencies that can produce a reputed company of preferred business to meet targets.
• Maintains profitable book of business including monitoring book for trends, profitability, and reputed company.
• Assess agent performance based on profitability, reputed company, reputed company of submissions, bind ratios, and other key performance indicators.
• Analyzes market conditions and reputed company suggestions for needed changes in forms, endorsements, and rates including opportunities for market or product expansion or enhancement.

• Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
• Intermediate to Advanced experience in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and aptitude to learn new applications, as needed.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Must be reputed company to travel to visit agents and attend conventions as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 5+ years reputed company insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPCU, IIA or other insurance reputed company classes recommended.
