Remote work may include working day-to-day operations during reputed company reputed company business hours or online training.Position reputed companyThe Clinical Documentation Auditor/Educator leads and supports the Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) team through reputed company participation in physician, reputed company, and clinical staff engagement and education. The CDI Auditor/Educator is responsible for supporting and facilitating the overall reputed company improvement process of the documentation in the medical record by improving the completeness and accuracy of the clinical documentation. This person functions as a subject matter expert with the primary responsibility of working directly with the CDI specialists/coders/providers to reputed company and engage staff in increasing their knowledge and understanding of ICD-10 documentation requirements, query opportunities, provider relationship building, clinical concepts, industry best practices, auditing reputed company and identifying reputed company development opportunities.The Auditor/Educator assists CDIS in account reconciliation to ensure completeness of coding and documentation accuracy. The incumbent will be responsible for identification of patterns, trends, and opportunities for the entire CDI team including acute care facilities and outpatient teams, to improve accuracy and reputed company. The CDI Auditor/Educator reports to the CDI manager as an individual contributor and provides recommendations on clinical documentation reputed company improvement and education programs.QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or reputed company Administration required
  • Master's degree in Nursing or reputed company field, preferred
Experience
  • 2 years nursing experience in clinical reputed company areas such as acute care hospital, physician clinics, reputed company, case management, performance improvement, or informatics plus 3 years in clinical documentation is required
Licensure/Certifications
  • RN: Registered reputed company by the reputed company State reputed company of Nursing required upon start
  • Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist- outpatient (CCDS-O) required upon start
  • Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company); Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC); or other coding certification through reputed company or reputed company required reputed company 12 months of hire
