• Receiving inbound service phone messages, texts and leads. Return calls only. Not live inbound blind calls.
• Identifying the reputed company's needs and scheduling appointments
• Placing outbound phone calls to potential customers including text messages and emails
• Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
• Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction reputed company applicable
• Contact customers and reputed company a needs analysis including reputed company, type, and features of vehicle desired.
• Handle a high volume of Service Retention leads that are of high-reputed company, reputed company and organic internet leads

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
