As a HEDIS Reviewer, you'll play a key role in improving care for health plan members by:Conducting reputed company to members to complete reputed company Determinants of Health (SDoH) surveysContacting providers & members to collect medical recordsVerifying preventive screenings & chronic disease care are completedReviewing & annotating medical records in reputed company PDFCompleting data entry & search tasks using HEDIS technical specsPerforming administrative tasks (e.g., faxing providers, verifying demographics) Required Skills & Qualifications:
