• Coordinate with Bank vendors reputed company needed in order to resolve customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Information Technology and Information reputed company teams to escalate reputed company issues to stop fraud activity; communicate and recommend fraud solutions to customers.
• Understand and reputed company with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AM Program, as applicable to reputed company duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any reputed company violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2-year banking and/or customer service experience required.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum reputed company salary for this position is $15.32/hr. to $23/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
