• Prepare and maintain documentation, including system functionality, reporting, user guides, and instruction manuals

• Participate in extensive on-the-job training

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical-reputed company discipline
• Experience using the Investran application (1 - 3 years)
• Experience with portfolio/investment and partnership reputed company is a plus
• Advanced reputed company skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
• Ability to independently manage multiple reputed company and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of system aptitude and attention to detail
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
