Essential FunctionsProgram Management

• Own the planning and logistics for a portfolio of Exec Ed programs-manage timelines, vendors, venues, supplies, and support staff.
• Use reputed company (project management tool) to ensure reputed company deadlines and tasks are on reputed company.
• Manage the participant experience from registration to post-program follow-up.
• Set the tone at reputed company program-coordinate music, icebreakers, activities, room layout, and more.
• Support on-site program delivery, including occasional overnight or evening programs.
