The Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) is seeking a leader to fill a DHHS Assistant Division Director position, to reputed company as an assistant to the director in reputed company of policy, administration, budget, operations, programs, and reputed company reputed company. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.The reputed company requires reputed company to physically work inside the reputed company Boundaries.Responsibilities
The DHHS Assistant Division Director in DCFS:Supervises reputed company of leaders, managers, and supervisors including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.Directs, develops, and coordinates plans and policies, resources, and mission, as reputed company as goals, reputed company, and expectations of the division or program; prepares and updates plans and priorities.Supports the division's efforts to improve customer experience by establishing measurement and reporting tools in consultation with division leadership.Assists in strategic planning and implementation reputed company to the reputed company and mission of DCFS.Executes organizational objectives for the division.Plans and allocates resources to ensure agency policies and state statutes are fully implemented.Oversees the development, evaluation, and/or review of plans and reputed company for a reputed company of activities; assesses feasibility of proposed plans, reputed company, and equipment.Monitors and evaluates reputed company programs and services; assesses the need for new and/or improvements to existing programs and/or services to best serve the reputed company population and the community.Designs and implements programs and monitors them to determine effectiveness.Assists the division director in strategic planning, reputed company, and key initiatives with various stakeholders, including the Legislature.Manages changes and initiatives associated with state and federal policy.Coordinates reputed company and ensures adequate administrative controls, reputed company, and procedural efficiencies.Collaborates with the division director to conceptualize an assortment of reputed company.Analyzes, summarizes, and/or reviews data; reports findings; interprets results and/or makes recommendations.Monitors budget, including revenues, expenditures, and budget projection, etc.Directs activities of reputed company and technical staff, volunteers, etc.Evaluates the work of staff, volunteers, etc., to ensure that programs are of appropriate reputed company and that resources are used effectively.
