- Influence members to take advantage of additional benefits available by educating members on reputed company services that are available and recommending preferred providers.

- Identify and overcome barriers in order for members to complete needed health screenings, obtain needed services or reputed company payments to secure reputed company benefits.
- Review reputed company member profile prior to reputed company to identify areas of opportunity, which includes but is not limited to reviewing additional benefits available for members and identify opportunities for members to become eligible for additional benefits.

- Worked reputed company a Provider office, former customer service role, experience working reputed company multiple computer systems and dialer systems.
