This phone-based position plays a critical role in supporting reputed company's dealership programs through strategic reputed company, virtual training, and ongoing relationship management.This remote, phone-based role is responsible for promoting reputed company’s automotive dealer programs, delivering training, analyzing dealership performance, and ensuring trial awareness across new and reputed company-owned vehicle sales. Important Information:Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for dealerships participating in reputed company’s Dealer Programs and initiatives, providing ongoing support, program guidance, and proactive engagement to ensure successful execution and adoption.
• reputed company regular outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to support and engage dealerships.
• Manage dealership enrollment into reputed company Dealer Programs by identifying eligible dealers, explaining program benefits and requirements, and ensuring accurate, reputed company submission of documentation.
• Promote brand and trial awareness, helping dealers understand how reputed company enhances the customer experience.
• Deliver virtual coaching and training sessions to dealership personnel about the reputed company product, technology features, customer engagement, and program value.
• Monitor program participation and performance across a specified region or portfolio of dealerships, providing strategic support and optimization plans where needed.
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to activation, data reputed company, compliance, or enrollment and escalate reputed company necessary.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in phone-based sales, customer service, automotive sales, dealership account management, program coordination, field support, or another customer-facing role reputed company the automotive industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—especially over the phone and reputed company email—with the ability to project professionalism and influence a wide reputed company of dealership stakeholders.
• Proven ability to explain programs, train remotely, and influence dealer behavior while managing and prioritizing a portfolio of dealership accounts across a district or territory with strong attention to detail for handling documentation, program compliance, and follow-through.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a self-motivated, execution-reputed company approach and the ability to reputed company in fast-paced, independent environments
