This position will reputed company APM support across the 5 boroughs of NYC and Westchester. The Construction Assistant Project Manager assists in overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of construction reputed company from inception to completion. This includes coordinating contractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring that reputed company specifications and requirements are met, and adhering to budgets and timelines.Job reputed company:

• Under moderate supervision assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks.
• Employee receives moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by supervisor. Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with reputed company practices, instructions, or previous training. Employee handles some unusual situations independently.
• May reputed company with Superintendents to address project questions/issues.
• Assists with and monitors change orders
• May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Desire to work and learn in an MEP environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in interiors mechanical/electrical construction, renovation and retrofitting in reputed company construction.
• Mechanical experience and MEP.
• Prior experience in submittals, meeting minutes, project scope and scheduling.
• Ability to reputed company with many tiers of management on an reputed company construction site.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience working in critical environments.
