• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (including sourcing, screening, hiring experience and articulating reputed company compensation packages) for Clinical and leadership roles

• Intermediate experience using CRM software and applicant tracking systems

• Knowledge of clinician compensation plans
