This position will be expected to collaborate onsite at MHK's Tampa office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday reputed company week.Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuity of the computer system for reputed company system users.
• Research software products and applicability to organizational environment.
• Install and update selected software and hardware products.
• Repair hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in MIS technology.
• Be "on-call" for reputed company periods as assigned by manager.
• reputed company technical assistance and advice to users both onsite and remote whenever needed.
• Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities.
• Assist in implementing practices that will more effectively utilize MIS resources.
• Assist with facility and desktop setup onsite in the Tampa office.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with IT operational standards
• Facilities coordination involving light physical labor (setup, stacking, relocating equipment, supplies etc.)

Education

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, electrical engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working on hardware.
• 2 or more years of experience in desktop support.
• Relevant software certifications.
• Experience and reputed company and Linux OS.
• reputed company administering JIRA or similar ticket system
• Experience with reputed company Pro, SCCM, or similar reputed company management tools
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and AV systems
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff members.

• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience and ability to work in a constantly changing, fast paced, deadline driven environment.
